Have had a few requests for any online resources for my hard-working, slow-earning and semi-famous local band. So ahead of our chaotically busy touring weekend - here is the MSN Community based website link, feel free to come and have a look, poke around, say hello, or give us abuse (You'll need a hotmail account to join):
http://groups.msn.com/ElectricEcho
e-mail for the band is electric_echo@hotmail.com.
We will have a newer more accessible website under construction from January.
No music on that site, but I've uploaded a cover of "Bartender and the Thief" by The Stereophonics that we recorded in 2003 for your listening pleasure/disembowlment.
Download it here:
http://www.yousendit.com/transfer...ownload&ufid=477B6C296C210AF1
(Click on the blue DOWNLOAD NOW tab. This file is pristine clean and has been scanned by Norton Antivirus prior to upload).
Any Feedback Welcome!
Neo

good cover.....i gotta say its not really my music but yeah pretty good.
Just one thing......no offence to your singer but i can see maybe something alittle more heavy suting his vocals. wouldn't happen to have any covers of metallica or anything would you? |

Thanks, We do a cover of Whiskey in the Jar more reminicent of 'Tallica than Thin Lizzy but we only really play middle of the road stuff as well as rocking up older tunes and up to date shittle.
Chris (Vocalist) is into his blues and I don't think as such he prefers heavier music, Andy is a whack act Dylan and Hendrix freak, Paul is a mad punk-influenced drummer and I'm a hardcore metalhead...
...But it works so far |

These are the songs from our first demo 'Different Dreams', recorded in June/July 2004 minus Mustang Sally (Mainly because we do that different now and this version sounds a bit flat to me after all our live changes and versions). However, we still play these three as true to the sound these make as possible.
I've put a bonus track of me covering the wonderful KT Tunstall track "Universe & U" acoustically up as well. Just me, my guitar and some really low-grade recording equipment! sorry about the quality on this one (WAV FILE so you'll have to put your volume up!). But let me know what you think of the songs.

These files are downloadable, completely virus free and good for 7 days or 25 downloads. They will all play with Windows Media Player. If you've missed one, they become invalid or a link is bad - pm me and I'll fix it.
Hope you Enjoy
