Playing a lot of Freebattles I hear rumours which may or may not be true Cmming from people who claim to be in the know with the developers and people who update, while there is no harm in lying without you knowing you are; there could be joy too (Especially if some of this is true).
The next Game "CHROME 2" won't be a stand alone game, it will be available for expansion download for ???? MS points as per Shivering Isles was for Oblivion.
Rumoured Mech Base Additions to include 6-Legged and Anti-Grav models.
Loads more support equipment including tracking devices and orbital support on the battlefield
Role Based Mechs present on battlefields (ACV Deployers/Mining Mechs/Fuel Mechs)
New weapons to include Uzi's, Railguns, Flame-Throwers, HUGE Rocket Launchers Defence Lasers, Napalm Cannons, Assault Cannons/Chain Guns and Multi Melta style microwave cook-em type cannons
Bases to be equipped with manable defence weapons
More freedom when you become the little man.
ACV's respond to Mech orders including movement and positioning.
More Rank including * General ratings.
All aquatic maps with Oil Rigs
New Maps
New Game Types
More Downloadable part content with emphasis on the Shop

I wish I could believe this rumour but witht heir intial withdrawl of support for the game I am left very schepitcal.
But who knows, they may yet suprise me
*EDIT* Having just scoured the net and the Xbox forum - there is absolutely no news anywhere, either official or rumour, that I can see.
How sure were these people mate? Did they say they had read it somewhere or something? _________________

Looked believable then it got to here and I just thought, Armored Core 4.
