Annoying..Reaching in to take out my copy of Chromehounds out of my rickity and lightweight CD loading draw, I looked under and saw a huge slim tear from the centre hole to about an inch and a half in on the Disc, It suddenly dawned on me why I had to reboot a couple of times previously and put it down the the 360's crapness sometimes.
So I had to go and spend another £20 on a copy of CH today. Just goes to show this is the game once you've played you can't be without though!

Why not rent a copy from Blockbuster, swap the disks, then go back and complain it did not work, get a rental free and a better disk to boot
