Help me =[I'm level 50 now on the game (Driver level that is) but i still don't have some the cars unlocked, for example when i go to Toyota the last car is locked and when i click it it says "Reach level 50 in the Aisa region". But what does it mean?

nevermind i now found out you can change regions, but i'm short of like 15+ million credits i need to buy every single car =[
