Story from the war-scorched battlefield (3/4/07).Last night we had thus:
Immy: The Wall.
Basically a huge hound made of conjoined spacers allowing a huge wall of heavy armour be built as a means of protection of other hounds. He has now removed a few small parts to facilitate the installation of some big big guns 
haeZen:
A Wheel tracked hound with a bunch of Grenade Launchers and Machine guns...looks very very formidable but he swears it sucks
Tachikoma:
Tread based Sniper with 4 smaller Sniper Rifles and 2 Heavy Sniper Cannons..I love this hound but I only ever level up as defender!!! Very annoying.
Was a great match.
The enemies we were against were a large heavy gunner, a Bi-Ped and a Scout Class with missiles and rifles.
The probelm we had was that in my infinite wisdom I set he match as a night-time one.
Queueu the start of the match:
1 Minutes of rolling around int he dark and Immy alerts us to a hound in the valley...we all roll forward with Immy acting as a moving shield for us all.
The battle started...I fired a few sniper rounds into the wheel base of the enemy who was a shining becon in my thermal sensor while haeZen harrassed him with grenades and Immy splashed damage all ove rhim...badly damaged he pulled back.
Setting off in chase haeZen dissapeared round the hilla dn then Immy noticed a further 2 hounds on the crest of the hill so we attacked them too.
Losing sight of them all in Immys explosions I then saw the wheel based enemy again and turned to fire upon it but then saw to my right a huge hound so I whipped back and fired 3 rounds into it's torso
"Erm...are you shooting me Ryan" says a confused and slightly annoyed Immy...."Erm..yeah I am..sorry" I reply red faced.
Now back to the scout I decide.
Whipping back I fire 2 heavy sniper shots into the soft centre of the hound...it's smoking like crazy. I hear a voice shouting but the bloodlust is upon me and a further flurry of 4 rifle shots bring about the blinding flash of a destroyed hound.
"Thanks for that Ryan" says haeZen.....I had killed him instead.
Now it is I with a practically unharmed hound, one man down and another severely damamged by friendly fire up against the last two hounds as haeZen had killed his one.
"You'd better not die now" says Immy....god I probabvly will now I think.
But with the help of Immy's accuracy with the Howitzers and an aim perfected by shooting allies we win.
So I have made a personal note...if I do decide to make the map a night-time one...stick to Night Vision...not Thermal and take my time beofre firing.
Sorry guys...I know I suck but Iam trying...very trying indeed.

Lol tis ok Ryan at least you now know  . Just want to point out that you didn't damage me that much (thanks to the wall of armor!) and that most, if not all the damage was done to the enemy by you because well... my stability sucked !
Twas fun last night.

Lol now that you describe it, it's pretty funny. I was sparking cause of my wheels and a lot of other parts though my cockpit was pretty much intact.
So all credit to ya for landing all 4.
