In all technicalities the OWRWP act is only supposed to be enforced when excessive use of an offencive word is used. It came into force when Nchllsn (aka Neech) started got riled up and started excessivly swearing in a post of his so I decided to change it to the word puppy, 1) to piss him off, 2) to be funny and 3) to censor his language.
I don't condone swearing on these boards but it's much funnier when people use the word puppy instead. I'll back down on this one however and alter my post... |
