Yup i'm with Virgin Media (was Telewest) and now my connection sucks big style, think i'll downgrade to the 4meg line and save some money......Nah i don't think so, just gonna phone em and give em some shite about the connection speeds from the servers in america

ok after finally getting in touch with virgin media, they told me that they don't support xbox live, and told me to contact telewest, which i did, after explaining the problems, they told me that they don't support xbox live, so i looks like i either have to move to an isp that supports xbox live or stick with what i've got.
Dam you Virgin Media, you have loads of customers on xbox live. so support it...........
I think a "snot a mail" is going to Virgin Media

Gorfy, I work for VirginMedia and so if you have any issues I would recommend calling them.
If you have an Xbox conn issue, call M$ but if it is a speed issue, call and advise of slow browsing/download speeds via PC.
As soon as you mention Xbox they will say they don't support it and end the call so don't mention it.

yeah with virgin media but now jumping to sky took me 3 days to get through to virgin media to canx my account and was also promised 2 call back which never happened ? found out alot of customers are jumping ship was on the phone to the canx team for over an hour and didnt get through to anyone
