hears a tip!
dont fly too high so you start leaving the map in a chopper and try and jump out..... you might well get stuck there like i did online with the guys 
and the especially dont get.....i think it was pigeon...or haezen.... to fly up and try and pick you up from mid air from below you..... you might just get chopped up by the roter blades lol
