I dunno when I'll get it. Beieve it or not but CoD4 has taken a back seat for me. Im more interested at the moment in: Mass Effect, Unreal Tournament 3 and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.

I will buy it, just not as soon as everyone else might be getting it, so you all go get started with your ranks and such... we'll see how long your lead lasts. Twisted Evil

'Crazy little man'?
Ok....
Anyhooo, I will be getting it but as I have already bought Jericho, Bladestorm and Assassin's Creed this month it wont be til next month.
But rest assured your 'crazy ikkle man' will be there to watch your backs and act as the replacement Immy-Meat-Shield.

It depends. Can I be arsed? Or shall I just play more Orange Box?

Decisions decisions......

So I went into town yesterday with 7 PS2 games and a couple of old 360 games and got CoD4...wasn't going to but the wife was all:
"If you don't get it you'll be all 'Aaaw....there's no-one to play wiiiith' and you'll puppy me off. If you don't buy it I will frikkin buy it for you!!"
So I played it last night.
The SP on hard is v v hard at times and this is due tot he AI being dumb enough to attack in gun-toting swarms just like DoD2/3.
Gameplay wise the SP is rather unimpressive. It is fun for a while but does just feel like a bad CoD game.
The one thing I love though is this...
It was made witht he help of an ex-s.a.s and an ex-Navy seal and they gave input about how their teams work.
Now in game the SAS work like we woul;d expect....
They cover a door together, ease the door open and flash it then move into cover the sides and centre as one solid unit.
Comms are always open with "Left Clear", "Right Clear", "Tango an 3 o'clock" etc.
They you play as the Seals team and they get to a door and the CO says "Jackson, you're on point" and he shoots the door off it's hinges, runs intot he room while his team wait int he safecty of the hall and listen to him get shot and killed by loads of enemies.
God the us army sucks Sad

I actually saw an interview with the American advisor.

He was a complete dick. His wankiest statement was "I said 'No sirs, I don't do videogames, I yell at my kids for doing videogames, but then I saw how committed they were and I jumped aboard.'"

One: You must have bought your children the games in the first place, you goon.

Two: Generally, only one person is on a phone to another one person, so saying 'sirs' is silly.

Three: Committed = Money.

Four: Frohman could outsmart you.

5. You only get 90 f$#kin points for completing it on Vet, I mean, it's almost not worth the pain and suffering...

Then again I did complete Ninja Gaiden on the Xbox and recieved nothing and I wasn't on Live back then so I couldn't gloat to unknown people.

And for all those that played Ninja Gaiden you will understand the superiorty of said statement. Razz

haeZen,

P.S Hand's down the hardest game I've ever played by so far it's tiny in the distance.
