Hey lads just wondering what positions everyone likes to play.

Noticed that ProVengance is a bit of a sniper and that Imshall loves the p90.

Just thought each of us should have a role in a clan match

If Gorfy or Andy are playing I will be their spotter when he is sniping.
Failing that I wll be back to back with Gorf owning all the yankies Smile

Good idea actually mexican! What positions does everyone enjoy playing, I've got a rough idea but it'll be better to hear it from your mouths. If we know where everyone feels most comfortable then we can create tactics that factor this in.

Personally I'm fine anywhere. Close range with the P90, room clearance and storming buildings is great but I've gotten pretty good with my .50 cal and I've always loved sniping!

Well in Quake my main position in clan wars is defence, I know it's a different game but I have my defender instinct and can lock a flag down pretty hard if needed.

Other than CTF, say TDM I generally move around the map, hitting the sides and taking out as many as possible.

Weapons I feel comfortable with would be the AK I didn't grasp the new sniping in the Beta so I will have to practice with that for a bit when I get my hands on the full game. (And my Xbox.)

That's about as much info I can give you at the moment, generally other than CTF I have no set position and I just generally roam and cause havoc to the best of my ability.

haeZen,

I hate to blow my own trumpet but im usually the 1st at the HQ when it pops up on the map and normally the last to leave it. Good at defending a point, thats a way of saying im a good camper to be honest lol.

LMGs give me my best kill streaks, rubbish at sniping, good at grenading and laying claymores in great spots so they dont see them till its too late. Also I love sneaking around and getting a few of them from behind.

In all i would say recon really.

Well i've not played too much online but what i can tell you is that out of all the classes I have tested out, i found that i did best in on the front line with the assault rifle, obviously with the grenade attachment... i mean what else would i use?

But what i can say is that i can also adapt to most of the positions, sometimes the best thing to do is sit back with a sniper giving support fire, or even sitting back with my rifle, that seemed to work pretty well and i do remember one game i sat on the 2nd floor of a building with the M4 and managed to get 3 choppers in a row

so basically i prefer to be on the front line but can adapt my skills to other positions

To be honest I use different things for what map am playing
Overgrown = Sniper
Downpour = G36c or P90
Crossfire = Sniper or G36c
Ambush = G36c
Showdown = G36c or M4 or P90
Vacant = ROD OR Shotgun or G36c or M4
Strike = Sniper

Sorry, but I do.
