Your scariest moment in a game.

Ok now don't lie, you've all been freaked out at one point in a game.

Here's mine from what I can currently remember:-

BioShock: Not necessarily scary but some bits made me jump for instance, the Statue Spider Splicers.You walk into a room with 6 Statues in different dance positions in the entrance 3 on either side, you then find a switch and activate it and a wall opens to expose a secret passage to a basement, you go into a Basement for a Weapon upgrade and see a statue in a chair facing the corner, you upgrade your weapon turn around and see the statue mid way through whacking you with a pipe. When you go back upstairs knowing what your going to see but hope you don't... The 6 statues are gone and they are not in the room. You open the door to the main area and hear a woman singing.

Freaked me out like hell!

Resident Evil:

#1 The first one, back when it came out, I was young and watched my Step Dad play it on the PlayStation and the beginning cut scene of where you watch about 20 people running through knee height grass and you hear Dog's barking, the people are running and screaming to get to the house and you see a guy get taken down by a Zombie Dog who tears him up and other people are dieing in the background and all, only one guy makes it into the house. Those dogs freaked me out.

#2 Further on in the game my Step Dad gets to this sort of Police Interogation room, then this Zombie called a "Licker" Jumps through the Police glass and knocks you to the floor, needless to say my Step Dad got pwned like 10 times over but everytime I saw it it scared the shit out of me.

Tomb Raider: Haha I know what your thinking but just bear with me. On the PlayStation I was just nipping through this game, tearing through it like the Mini Pink Master I was going to become, untill I got to this level with the Dinosaurs, now I jumped into this MASSIVE open space and then in the distance you see teeth, then a head and then this massive T-Rex running right at you, no cut scene you just see it through the draw distance, if you aren't looking that way? Your in for a surprise!

I ran into this tunnel where it couldn't reach me and I didn't come out for about 30 minutes trying to think of what I should do, ended up turning it off and playing something else. Shocked

That's all I can think of so far, so whats yours? Don't be shy. Wink

Dead Rising: Jogging through the dark mall, listening to the rasps and howls of the undead.... CLOWN! JESUS A CLOWN! ARGH!

Bioshock: I can see a splicer ahead, only his shadow. Balls! He heard my footprints! The lights! No it's all da- on good I can see again. Where he go? Ah well I'll just tu- OH GOD! He jumps out of a cupboard in the wall. Oldest trick in the bol still freaked me out.

Ah I forgot this one.

Gears of War: Me and Jake were playing this on Insane, last New Years Eve at 1am with the Bass pretty much maxed out, we got to the bit where you first see the Beserker and the cut scene of where it mullers your team mate.

It took us about 10 minutes to decide who shall go forth into the corridor. He goes first, me second, the Berserker ends up coming from behind us and owns me straight away. Sad

Oh the screams... My screams. :O

In Oblivion, I went to sleep after stabbing a Dark Brotherhood member. Woken up by this GREAT BLOODY GHOST! Nearly made me shite meself it was so unexpected, I proceeded to run around the town with it chasing me. The guards started chasing it, and everything turned into a Ye Olde, Supernatural version of Benny Hill.

Actually, staggering into the Chinook with Macmillan on CoD4 Veteran was quite scary.
