What's your history?

Just a quick one really.
We've all spoken about our gaming history, mine starting with the Telstar Ranger in 78, but what about PnP Rpg's?
Mine goes like this (99.9% of this is as 'DM' as I never really knew any other people running games).
Early 90's
Hero Quest Advanced
We took the Hero Quest board (etc) and used the Fighting Fantasy Book system for our characters so I could 'DM' it. .... after a short while we gave up on the board and did it all mentally.

D&D
The original one. Got a book at a carboot sale and learnt everything from that - ran a game for myself and 3 friends....good fun.

Space Hulk
Again more Board based but we had good fun with it.

Mid - Late 90's
By now I was running 6 -7 groups a week and each group varied from 4 people to (Call of Cthulhu) 14. The main games I ran were:

Vampire: The Masquerade
Werewolf: The Apocolypse
AD&D
Mage: The Ascension
Changling
Call of Cthulhu
Paranoia
Cyber Punk
Shadowrun
Ars Magicka

But 90% of the time it was AD&D and Call of Cthulhu as the amiance of COC was amazing and the fun of AD&D second to none.

That's my best field of gaming.

World of Warcraft.

Doomhammer as server

Played time = 40 days

And if you think mass effect most of us got 60 hours on it

Which is 3 days

40 days is a longtime LOGGED in

Very Happy

Other RPG's vary, Lineage, Runescape, little other things.

But RPG's are definately ftw Smile
